How do I apply before the $15,000 grant is fully subscribed and applications are closed?

Visit ISED (Innovation, Science & Economic Development) website below to start your applications. It does not take much time to apply. If you perform the automated verification application, you could be approved for the grant within 1-2 days or less. CDAP has updated the information as of February 16, 2024 that the application process is closing in days. Check the ISED website (see below) for the latest updates.

Frequently Asked Questions

All SME’s and businesses who have an existing valid grant agreement, or who apply before the application intake closes, will continue to be eligible for reimbursement once they submit their claim. You can continue to work with your CDAP Digital Advisor.

BDC will continue to offer its 0% interest loan to eligible businesses beyond Boost Your Business Technology’s closing date.

SME’s can continue to get implementation support through the youth wage subsidy component.

SME’s with an expired grant agreement who have completed a digital adoption plan, or are in the process of completing one, should sign into the portal and re-apply as soon as possible.
If your grant agreement expiry date (9 months from the date you signed the agreement) is soon to expire, you will not be eligible for reimbursement if you submit the claim after their agreement has expired. Therefore, see above to log into your account to reapply ASAP.

Not applied to CDAP yet?

The application process is straight forward. 

It takes minutes to apply. Your application will then be evaluated and assessed by the relevant authorities, and successful applicants will be notified about the grant approval and further steps to proceed with the digital adoption plan. Remember, to qualify your business must meet the following criteria.

  • Be incorporated federally or provincially, or be a Canadian resident sole proprietor
  • Be a for-profit, privately owned business
  • Have between 1 – 499 full time equivalent employees
  • Have at least $500,000 of annual revenues in one of the previous three tax years
